# Menu Help

## Menu Troubleshooting

We always want to make sure you have the best possible menu. If items are missing or you're not happy with how they are listed, these guides might be helpful to see how we're pulling from your point of sale.

If your POS is not listed above, here are some general best practices below to help. 

## Troubleshooting Guide

If products are missing from your menu, the first questions we will ask are:

* Double check that the items are not hidden. You can check this by going to business.iheartjane.com >> Products tab >> click Hidden to view any products
* Is your inventory above threshold? Thresholds are set when you start with Jane to help avoid issues of overselling products. Standard thresholds are set at 1oz for flower and 5 for packaged items. That means you would need to have more available than your threshold for these items to show. Let us know if you need your thresholds adjusted OR you just want to know what they are (<partnersuccess@iheartjane.com>)
* Is there enough information in your POS for us to list a product? Ideally, we will be able to see:\
  Brand - Strain/Name - Description - Weight/Package - Lineage to list a product accurately. \
  An example of this would be:\
  Brady's Buds - Blue Dream - Shake - Hybrid \
  OR\
  Christy's Chronic - Blue Dream - Shatter - 1g - H
  * Without enough identifying descriptors, it can be hard for the system to identify and put on the menu.

* Have you created any new categories or rooms in your point of sale? If so, just make sure to give us a heads up so we can know to pull those new sections through.&#x20;
