# \[In Beta] Menu Editor

To get started, log in to Jane’s Business Dashboard where you will now see a [Premium](https://business-v2.iheartjane.com/premium) tab.

Navigate to the website/menus that you want to adjust via the dropdown.

You can select **My Stores** to see what menus are configured for each page. Reach out to your Partner Success Manager if you need any of these adjusted!

**Note**: If you adjust the URL for your menus on your website, please alert your Partner Success Manager to adjust those settings on our backend as well!

Menu settings such as specials, custom rows, and communication banners will still be customizable from the main **Menu** section but there are additional settings just for Premium as well.

## **Menu editor Settings**

Within the Menu editor you will a preview of your desktop and mobile site. As you make adjustments the editor will update. Note that the editor screen size is responsive so if you scale up or down your browser window you may see changes in the experience.

## Logo

Add or edit your menu logo&#x20;

Adjust your theme and lineage colors

## Fonts

Adjust your fonts for Header and Paragraph sections&#x20;

## **Product Cards**

In Menu editor you have 5 areas of customization for product cards: size, style, button placement, and hover.

1. Size (desktop only)
   1. Small: smallest desktop card sizes allows for 6 products across on standard 1440px minimum viewport
   2. Medium: (default) allows for 5 product cards across on desktop
   3. Large: allows for 4 product cards across on desktop
2. Style
   1. No border: (default) product cards appear in rows without an outline
   2. Border: product cards appear in rows with an outline
3. Button placement
   1. Full width: (default) a full width add to cart button for product cards
   2. Icon next to price: add to cart button to the right of the price, can be `+` or `cart icon`
   3. Icon on image (bottom): add to cart button on the bottom right corner of the product image, can be `+` or `cart icon`
   4. Icon on image (top): add to cart button on the top right corner of the product image, can be `+` or `cart icon` \*\*NOTE: in this button placement the Deals and Jane Gold badges move to the bottom left corner of the image
4. Hover (desktop only)
   1. Soft shadow: (default) a soft grey shadow appears behind the product on hover
   2. Brand shadow: a soft shadow in the `Primary` color appears behind the product on hover
   3. Image border:
      1. If Style = no border, `Primary` color outline appears around product image on hover
      2. If Style = border, `Primary` color outline replaces border on hover
   4. Image zoom: product image zooms in slightly on hover

## Categories

Note: in the preview on Menu editor you will see all possible categories. If you have a category renamed or set as hidden on the store level that will still be honored on the Preview link and live versions of the menu.

1. Style
   1. Stacked: (default) displays default icons with category name below. `Primary` color background on selected state
   2. Pills: displays default categories icons with category names to the right. `Primary` color background on selected state
   3. Tiles: displays default icons with category name below and larger touchpoint. `Primary` color background on selected state
   4. Tabs: displays category names only
   5. Image cards: default images with category names below. `Primary` color background on selected state
      1. In September this customization will also support the ability to upload custom images for use.
2. Placement
   1. Above carousel: (default) appears at the top of the page above the carousel
   2. Below carousel: appears below the carousel when carousel is active

## Search & AI Budtender

1. Split: (default) displays the search bar in the top navigation and AI Budtender in the filter row
2. Navigation: displays search bar and AI Budtender in the top navigation
3. Filter bar: displays search bar and AI Budtender in the filter row
   1. Note: This moves the logo to be centered in the top navigation
4. Full-with: displays a larger search bar and AI Budtender button as full-width.
   1. Note: This moves the logo to be centered in the top navigation. If Category placement = below carousel, this will lead with a full-width search bar at the top of your page

## **Preview & Publish**

At the top right of Menu editor you’ll see two buttons (unless the setting doesn’t support preview, in which case you’ll just see publish)

Note: a purple bubble will appear next to a section header if there are unpublished changes made to that section.
