# Premium Menu Settings

To get started, log in to Jane’s Business Dashboard where you will now see a [Premium](https://business-v2.iheartjane.com/premium) tab.

Navigate to the website/menus that you want to adjust via the dropdown.&#x20;

You can select **My Stores** to see what menus are configured for each page. Reach out to your Partner Success Manager if you need any of these adjusted!&#x20;

**Note**: If you adjust the URL for your menus on your website, please alert your Partner Success Manager to adjust those settings on our backend as well! <br>

Menu settings such as specials, custom rows, and communication banners will still be customizable from the main **Menu** section but there are additional settings just for Premium as well.

## Global Style Settings

### Preview & Publish

At the top right of each section you’ll see two buttons (unless the setting doesn’t support preview, in which case you’ll just see publish)

> Most settings within Premium allow you to preview the changes before you decide to publish them to your live site.

* Preview will open a version of your site in a new tab using whichever settings you’ve selected - don’t worry, it hasn’t actually published those changes to the live site yet!
* **Publish** will make the changes live on your site. Use this once you’re happy with the settings you selected.

### Fonts

Customize your headings and paragraph fonts from our selection of Google fonts! **Headings** represent things like page titles, page headers, etc. **Paragraph** represents everything else.

### Age Gate

In the event your customer navigates to the Premium menu directly and bypasses your main website, we want to make sure we're still compliant and display an age gate pop up. The settings below give you the ability to customize the age gate pop up.

If you are in a state that requires shoppers to input a birth date you can toggle to 'date selection' and configure that mode.

You can also configure the button order for the age gate and what order they showcase in. <br>

**Visible**: Enable / disable showing the age gate when navigating directly to the Premium menu

**Text**: Text to display to the user when the age gate appears

**Cookie name**: In order to not show users the age gate twice, we can check to see if the user has already seen the age gate via your main website. In order to do this, we need to know the name of the cookie used by your site’s age gate. Feel free to reach out if you have trouble locating this!&#x20;

Add easy access URLs for smooth navigation from the sidebar.

You can add menu items and sub-items for users to use to navigate your site.

### Sign-In Prompt

We've made it easier to customize your storefront's sign-in experience. You can now edit the messaging on your sign-in prompt including the header, benefit callouts, call-to-action button text, and button colors directly from your menu settings.&#x20;

Tailor it to match your brand and give shoppers a reason to create an account.&#x20;

#### Select colors

These will auto-fill from your Premium theme. Primary is the call-to-action button color. And then you will need to set a background color. Depending on your background the text will either be black or white depending on accessibility requirements.

#### Call-to-action

This is where you set the header, body, and button that sit under the logo image.

#### Image

We will automatically populate with your logo, but you have the option to upload a different image.

#### Footer links

These are the headers with links under them in the template display. The headers do not have to be linked and can be treated categorizations. Anything added under a header must have a link or you will not be able to publish.

You can link directly to a telephone number by adding `tel:` in front of the phone number. Or an email address by adding `mailto:` in front of the email address.

#### Social media

This section has an optional header which sits between the call-to-action button and the social icons. If you don’t add a header the icons will appear under the button.

The social media icons are either white icons on black bubbles or black icons on white bubbles depending on the background color you set. The icons will automatically populate based on the social media site you select.

#### Text area

This is an open space text editor that allows for standard hyperlinking, bolding, and italics of text. This sits at the bottom of the footer template and typically supports disclaimers and/or copyright text.

### SEO Customization

We’re thrilled to announce a powerful  tool that puts SEO control right in your hands! With SEO Customization, you can now tailor your meta titles and descriptions for every Premium page type, helping your pages shine on Google and attract even more customers.

Head over to your Premium tab and look for SEO Customization.

From there, you’ll see all the page types available in your Premium menu:

* **Featured**: /shop/featured
* **Category**: /shop/\<category>

* **Custom Row**: /shop/rows/\<ID>/\<name>
* **Product Detail Page (PDP)**: /shop/products/\<ID>/\<slug>

Each page type comes with an easy-to-use template that lets you craft your own custom meta titles and descriptions (the content Google uses to display your store in search results).

You’ll find simple prompts built right into the editor that help you automatically pull in dynamic information from each page (like store names, cities, or categories).\

### External Scripts

Add your own custom scripts directly to menu pages through the new **External Scripts** section.

#### How It Works

* Your script will automatically be inserted into the page’s `<body>` section.
* When adding a script, it will default to all menu pages or you can choose exactly which store pages it should apply to via the Stores section

#### Common Use Cases

This feature is especially useful for:

* General scripts for tracking and analytics
* Third-party integrations or tracking scripts for specific stores&#x20;

#### Important Notes

While we validate script formatting, please use caution when adding any custom code. Improper or incompatible scripts may impact how your menu pages display or function.
