To set up your delivery zone(s), you can choose from three options which we will cover below:

### Delivery by Geofence (Mapping Zones)

‌Have more specific delivery areas than can be defined by a zip code or a radius? We can help you out by allowing you to map out your specific delivery zones called Geofence settings. This is our most popular option as it allows the most custom granularity.

**Common Use Cases:**\
&#x20;\- To omit delivery areas within a zip code\
&#x20;\- To block delivery to hotels, schools, airports, casinos, etc.\
&#x20;\- To set different cart minimums, fees, lead times, and last calls per delivery zone \
\
**How to Set Up a Geofence:** \
\- In Jane, click the Geofence option for your Delivery settings, then "Add Geofence."\
\- Map out a zone that you will deliver to like in the graphic below.<br>

<figure><img src="/files/xo7sOY149LgGCTicLb2I" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

-Next, give your zone a name. You can now customize your geofences to add a Lead Time and Last Call to each zone along with your Delivery Minimum and Fee (these can be kept at 0 as well!).&#x20;

You can also specify the days of the week available for delivery to each specific geofence.&#x20;

<figure><img src="/files/HWnP3NRbofxkWcu0xVZZ" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

-Don't forget to save! Once you save your geofence, you'll see it in a list view with the requirement details for that zone.

-Feel free to make multiple zones as needed!&#x20;

Geofencing can be tricky to set up on your own but our team is happy to go through this process with you. Just give us a shout at <partnersuccess@iheartjane.com>!

### Delivery by Zip Codes

Choosing Delivery by Zip Codes allows you to have different requirements for each zip code:

<figure><img src="/files/cpQfAR6D3DTaWcKIZRFy" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

#### Let's breakdown what each of these requirements are:

**Delivery Fee:** A flat fee that you will charge for delivering to this zip code\
**Delivery Minimum:** The minimum amount someone must purchase in this zip code to be eligible for delivery\
**Lead Time:** The amount of time required before someone can reserve a delivery time. For example, if you have a 60-minute lead time and a customer places an order at 10:30am, they wouldn't see a reservation time available until 11:30am at the earliest.\
**Last Call:** The time you will stop accepting orders for that zip code. For example, if you close at 7pm and have Last Call set at 90 minutes, a customer ordering from that zip code would not be able to place an order after 5:30pm.&#x20;

{% hint style="warning" %}
Have a long list of zip codes you need to enter? Feel free to send us your list in Excel/CSV format matching the requirements above (zip code, fee, min amount, lead time, last call) and we're happy to upload this information for you.
{% endhint %}

### **Delivery by Radius from store**

This option lets you define how many miles out from your store location you will deliver. If you choose this option, you'll be asked to input the following:

**Delivery Radius:** This is how far out your team will deliver in any direction. The center of the radius would be your store address. \
\
**Delivery Minimum:** This amount is how much you require someone to purchase in order to be eligible for delivery. It is possible to not have a Delivery Minimum by setting this at 0.

**Delivery Fee:** A flat fee that you will charge for delivering anywhere within the radius

## **Qualifying for Free Delivery**

Many teams like to incentivize a higher cart size by offering to waive delivery when an order reaches a certain amount. To do this on Jane, toggle the Free delivery setting on and set the minimm cart size to qualify.

<figure><img src="/files/mmOJJgN7yZN2YjOTKtOv" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Once you enable this, you can set your Cart Minimum. As soon as that minimum is hit, this will waive the delivery fee for all customers at checkout - like this:

<figure><img src="/files/Cbta861Nou4T6B6wJX4y" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

It is important to note that if you are using Jane Geofences or our Delivery by Zipcode option and have variable delivery fees per location, this setting will take precedence and waive the fee for anyone once the minimum is met.&#x20;

## Delivery Checkout Process

If someone is under the minimum amount for delivery, this is what it will look like at checkout for them and they will not be able to proceed:

Similar messaging will appear for customers if they list a delivery address not in your accepted radius or zipcodes:
