# Jane Specials

**Jane is bringing you even more with specials!**

As you know, Jane makes it easy to set up deals for just about every occasion. The enhanced specials page takes it up a notch with better search options, more customization, and bulk editing features.

Your store’s new specials landing page is packed with exciting upgrades. Here’s what you can do:

* **Duplicate specials** for quick and easy setup.
* **Archive specials** to declutter your view or bring back old promo codes when needed.
* **Search smarter** by promo code or special name.
* Set **individual stacking rules** for each promotion.
* Enjoy an organized default view with specials sorted alphabetically, or sort by start and/or end dates.
* In the **Upcoming Specials** tab, you can even sort by start time!

## Specials Landing Page

Your specials have different statuses. Simply click on the tabs to navigate between them and manage your promotions effortlessly.

**What does each status mean?**

* **Live** - All specials that are currently going on
* **Upcoming** - All specials that are scheduled to turn on for future dates
* **Expired** - All specials that have already taken place
* **Disabled** - All specials that are not active but can enable at any time
* **Archived** - All specials that have been disabled but not able to turn on again

Note: Any special can be duplicated - including archived specials - by either clicking on the **Actions** list at the end of each row in the table or within the specials page.

## Bulk Editing Specials

🚨You can  bulk edit within the specials section!🚨

After clicking the **Bulk Edit** button above the list of specials, you can select all specials or specific specials to bulk enable, disable, or archive.

*That’s not even the best part…*

You can also bulk edit your stacking settings! To do this, select the specials you want and then click **Manage Settings**.

**What does each stacking option mean?**

* **Yes** - This special can exist in the cart with other specials. Specials with this setting can always stack with specials set to only with other stackable specials or yes. Specials with this setting can not stack with specials set to no.
* **No** - Specials with this setting can never stack with other specials. If all specials are set to no, whichever special gives the customer the best possible discount, will be the only special applied to a cart.
* **Only with other stackable specials** - Specials with this setting can stack with other specials; specifically with specials set to yes, but cannot stack with specials set to only with other stackable or no. This means there will never be more than one special with this setting in a cart.

Last but not least, here are the types of promotions you can currently run on Jane:

* Bulk Pricing
* Buy X Get Y
* Product
* Cart Total
* Qualified Group

Ready to get started? To create a new special, simply click **Create Special** and build out that sick deal!

All of Jane’s special types support the following attributes and controls:

1. Name
2. Image (for the special tile on your menus)
3. Description (displays on the special detail page that loads after clicking the special tile)
4. Terms and conditions (displays on the special detail page that loads after clicking the special tile)
5. Stacking controls
6. Schedules
   1. Schedule out your deals and specials by picking a date and time you want to run those specials
7. Reservation type
   1. Choose if the special applies to delivery and/or pickup orders
8. The ability to hide Specials from a row and tab, but still have it apply in the cart<br>
