# Hardware

Jane's Hardware page is designed to give you quick access to manage your Jane hardware.&#x20;

To get the Hardware page, you'll select your store in the Business Dashboard, go to **Settings** and choose **Hardware**. \
\
\*Don't see Hardware as an option here? Please contact your account owner to check your access level and feel free to reach out to our team at <partnersuccess@iheartjane.com>.\

Once here, you'll see two sections: \
\
[Order Tickets](#order-tickets) - Where you can review or adjust your custom settings\
[Printers](#printers) - Where you can enable your printer, print test tickets, or clear your print queue

### Order Tickets

On the top view shown above Order Tickets, you'll see the custom settings for your tickets. Simply click on the pencil icon to access the customization options.

**Order Ticket Information** (what prints on your tickets):

\- POS SKU (SKU or batch # in your POS - this is not available for all POS)\
\- POS product name (the product name listed in your POS, this is not available for all POS)\
\
**Order Ticket Settings**\
\- The option to group your items by category to help your fulfillment team process\
\- The option for automated tickets to print when your team declines to process an order<br>

Once enabled, we suggest using the **Send test print** button to confirm everything is properly set up.

Receipts not printing? Wifi happens! \
\
If your printer is simply not printing when it should be - please choose the **Contact Support** option. This will guide you through a self-troubleshooting tutorial. If you're not up and running by the end, it will give you an option for our hardware team to reach out and help you get things in order!

If your printer ever becomes disconnected or backed up with order tickets you no longer need, you can simply click **Clear Queue**.
