## Add Menu Row

Custom rows in Jane are a perfect way to highlight different products on your **Featured Menu** tab.

Jane offers the following options for your custom rows:

* [**Custom Menu Rows** - Where you can curate a row with individually selected products](#custom-menu-row)
* [Advanced Menu Rows - A row that can auto-populate with products from set category/subcategory/brand/price on Jane](#advanced-custom-rows)
* [**Dynamic Custom Rows** - Rows that are preset in Jane but can be renamed or turned off](#dynamic-custom-rows)

We'll take a look at each of these below and also touch on [scheduling when your rows appear](#scheduling-when-your-rows-appear).

### Custom Menu Rows

Have specific products in mind that you want to feature? Let's get your custom menu row set up!

To get started with a new custom menu row, scroll down to the Menu Row section and click the **Add Menu Row** button. Choose the **Custom** option and then give your row a name. Next, you can click the radio button for **Individual Products** to add any of the items on your menu to the row.

### Dynamic Custom Rows

Jane’s MyHigh personalization engine delivers dynamic custom rows designed to enhance the shopping experience with ***personalized*** product recommendations based on each customer’s purchase history:

* **Recommended Row (s)** – Displays product suggestions tailored to each user based on what they’ve previously purchased. Add up to three AI-recommended product rows to your store menus’ featured page. Each thematic row showcases AI-curated products under themes such as "Flower for you," "Edibles for you," and "Vapes for you," helping shoppers discover products they're likely to be interested in purchasing.
* **Buy Again Row** – Highlights products from past orders that are currently available, making reordering easy!

These personalized rows are auto-generated by Jane, so while you can’t customize the product selection or row names, you *can* choose to toggle them off. That said, our data shows these rows drive strong conversions—so we recommend keeping them on!

In addition to these, Jane also offers the following customizable rows:

* **Sales Row** – Showcases any products on your menu that have a product-level discount
* **Specials Row** – Displays banner promotions for any deals currently active on your Jane menu
* **Best Sellers Row** – Highlights up to 25 of the most purchased items on your menu
 * This row refreshes nightly at midnight

While you can’t control the content of these rows, you *can* relabel them and toggle their visibility to fit your brand’s style.

### Scheduling When Your Rows Appear

To choose when your custom row will appear on your menu, you can use the scheduler at the bottom of the page. \
\
If you'd like to make your row visible immediately, simply leave the scheduler blank, mark your row as visible and publish!

The scheduler is a great option if you'd like to plan your custom rows in advance. For example, let's say you'd like to highlight some energy products in the morning on my menu, you can set your row to only appear for certain hours of the day.\

If you are troubleshooting a row not appearing when you think it should be, check the following:

* Is your row marked as visible?
* Is the current day within the scheduled start and end date/time
* Do you have daily overrides? If so, is the current day checked off?

**Your menu, your way—customize it, schedule it, and let it shine. 🌟**
