### SALES, ORDERS AND CUSTOMERS

**Review data trends here to quickly understand customer purchasing behavior and identify top-performing products.**

**KPIs:** The Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) section provides a quick snapshot of your store’s overall online menu performance. This data is essential for understanding menu activity and identifying current trends.

**Sales:** The sales section is a combination of high level and detailed sales metrics of what’s trending at your store locations with new and returning customers. You can explore trends among deals /specials and categories, measure new and returning customers, as well as track recent purchase details.

**Customers:** The customers section gives visibility for finding brand and category high performers as well as cart sizes and retention rates.

**Fulfillment:** The fulfillment section tracks order fulfillment and efficiencies by location. It also has useful insights for planning and also to assess a store's order issues

### SITE TRAFFIC AND CONVERSION

**This section tells the story of the customers' journey interacting in the menu and identifies what's most likely going to help optimize the customers' online ordering experience.**

**On-Menu Merchandising:** The section shows Analytics from Jane's Digital Merchandising program. This free program allows you as a retail store to earn extra revenue from top brands you already carry. Jane will feature participating brands and their products to online shoppers in a sponsored row at the top of the menu. As your customers are clicking through the products and adding them to the cart and making purchases, you are actually gaining revenue share from Jane! In a form a credit and/or an actual payout. This program is designed to be a win-win for you and the brands you're working with. Ultimately this program has increased conversion rate consistently.

**Jane Gold:** The Jane Gold section gives you data surrounding the Jane Gold program. Jane Gold allows brands to reward consumers with cash back for purchasing qualifying products directly from your store(s) on iheartjane.com such as Jane Gold GMV, Total Jane Gold Carts, Total Cash Back, and much more!

**Web Traffic:** The web traffic section is all about how people are interacting with the menu. The data helps paint a picture of the customer's 'journey' in the store's online menu.

**Marketing Attribution:** The marketing attribution section takes all the information available on web traffic but does it on a campaign basis. Marketing attribution with Jane is essentially tracking how customers came to a given menu and measures the ROI of your campaigns based on conversion.

**Off-Menu Advertising:** This off-menu advertising section shares data for our Retail Media program. Retail Media solution's goal is to find high-intent cannabis consumers where they are on the open internet, drive brand awareness and ultimately online pre-order conversions for your store. In terms of strategy, we would look to develop campaign objectives that focus on new customer traffic and increased average cart size per sale.

### REVIEWS

**This section gives product level and store feedback from verified customers across all Jane menus as well as within specific store locations.**

**Product Reviews:** The product reviews in Jane menus are a valuable differentiator from other marketplaces and menus. Products with verified reviews are proven to have greater conversion rates among online orders. Verified reviews refer to the fact that all reviews are only made possible if the person leaving the review has completed an online purchase of that item through a Jane menu. Reviews allow for 1 to 5 Stars, with 5 Stars being the best rating and 1 being the least rating.

**Store Reviews:** In the Store Reviews, you can view available feedback from your customers! You can check out the average reviews, number of reviewers, and individual reviews for a given store location. You can also explore the average ratings by week for specific locations.
